ANTI-AGING COOKIES

Anti-ageing cookies are the ideal snack for everyone who wants to do something for their beauty and vitality during Christmas baking too. Curious? In this blog post, we present you with a simple anti-ageing biscuit recipe that contains power ingredients from the grape. The biscuits not only taste delicious, but also contain valuable OPC, which scavenges free radicals and can thus slow down the ageing process of the skin.

Anti-Aging cookies - ingredients:

• 160 g Universal flour(700er)
• 40 g Grape seed flour
• ½ Pack of baking powder
• a touch of ground cinnamon
• 1 Pack of vanilla sugar
• 100 g Crystal sugar
• 125 g Butter
• 1 Egg

The anti-ageing active ingredient booster grape for youthful beauty from the inside and outside

Hardly any other fruit has as many important ingredients for the skin as the grape. The Austrian cosmetics company Vinoble Cosmetics processes these into vegan cosmetic products for face and body that have a lasting effect and ensure skin health from the outside.

In this biscuit recipe we use grape seed flour, which is obtained from ground grape seeds. The OPC contained in it has an antioxidant power that is about 20 times stronger than vitamin C. This means that your skin can be protected from premature, environmentally-induced skin ageing by inhibiting the formation of free radicals.

Anti-Aging cookies preparation

Step 1: Mix ingredients

Mix flour, grapeseed flour, baking powder, cinnamon with lots of love.

Schritt 1: Zutaten vermengen

 

Step 2: Kneading

Add the remaining ingredients (sugar, egg and butter), knead everything into a smooth dough and chill the biscuit dough for at least 30 minutes.
Tip: To incorporate the butter evenly into the dough, heat it beforehand so that it melts.

Step 3: Shape anti-ageing cookies

Roll out the dough thinly and cut out any pattern from the dough using a mould (e.g. stars) and place on a prepared baking tray.



Step 4: Baking

Bake the biscuits at 170 degrees with top and bottom heat. Depending on the oven, the baking process takes 6-10 minutes.



Step 5: Finalisation

Depending on your preference, the anti-aging biscuits can now be enjoyed fresh out of the oven or assembled with jam beforehand. There are two variants here.

Variation 1: Assemble with jam and sprinkle with a little icing sugar if desired.
Variation 2: Enjoy pure and sprinkle with a little icing sugar according to taste.
