Austria and Germany: Free shipping
EU countries incl Switzerland, Liechtenstein and United Kingdom: € 4.90*
Orders with a value of over € 150.00 will be delivered free of charge.
*In the case of international deliveries (outside the EU area), customs’ and import duties may be applied in the destination country, which shall be covered by the recipient. This may apply to orders outside the European Union. VINOBLE Cosmetics cannot exert any influence over these fees and cannot predict their level. Customs regulations may differ considerably from country to country. We recommend that you contact the customs’ authorities in the destination country if necessary.
Payments
You can pay by any of the following methods:
- PayPal
The customer will receive instructions regarding the PayPal account to which payment is to be made after placing the order. Payments are processed through the payment services providers PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. and Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, and are subject to the User Agreement for PayPal Service, which may be consulted at https://www.paypal.com or – if the customer does not have a PayPal account – to the Terms for Payments without a PayPal account, which may be consulted at https://www.paypal.com.
- Credit Card
The amount will be debited immediately after the order. Any fees shall be borne by the customer and payments shall be processed through the payment service provider Adyen.
- Prepayment
The client will be provided with bank details for the transfer after placing the order.
- Cash on delivery
Cash on delivers is only in Austria possible and the additional charge payable is € 4,50.
Delivery
The standard delivery times are 1-3 working days within Austria and 2-4 working days to Germany.
For deliveries to other countries, the delivery period is usually 3-5 working days.
Please note that if the “prepayment” payment method is selected, orders can only be dispatched once payment has been received in our bank account.
If the “cash on delivery” shipping option is selected (only possible in Austria), this can extend the standard delivery time by about 1-2 working days.
